In Summer 2008, Liberty Event co-produced the HIGHLINE Ballroom Presents the Governors Island Concert Series featuring headline music acts moe., Tea Leaf Green, Dark Star Orchestra, and The Saw Doctors.

Liberty Event is proud to partner with the Governors Island Preservation and Education Corporation (GIPEC) to assist their mission of bringing Governors Island back to life, making the island at the center of New York Harbor a must-visit destination for live-music lovers.
